DEPOSITS / CANCELLATIONS:

  • All Reservations require a 75.00 – 200.00 dollar deposit which is non refundable. 
  • Cancellations within 72 hours of the reservation will be billed the full amount of the trip.

AIRPORT RESERVATIONS: 

  • We do not require a deposit for airport transfers.
  • We do our best to track your flight from start to finish but with airlines the way they are today we encourage you to contact us if your flight is delayed all our airport transfers are based on flat rates additional charges may occur if the flight is further delayed after the driver has been dispatched .
  • NO SHOW at the scheduled pick up time will be billed for the full amount of the trip.

OUR RULES FOR RENTING A LIMOUSINE:

  • Smoking of any kind is prohibited at all times in the limousine
  • The limousine will arrive to you clean and in good condition Person(s) reserving the limousine are responsible for any damage caused by Anyone in the party. This includes, but is not limited to, Cleaning of interior carpeting and upholstery caused by spilled beverages, bodily fluids etc. (Bodily fluids required a professional cleaning by an outside contractor due to the danger of bloodbourne hazards) Cost for this type of clean up is Approx $300.00 dollars.
  • Driver reserves the right to remove any person(s) from the limousine creating any type of problem at any time. Driver also may end any trip should he/she feel it is necessary for the safety of passengers and driver.
  • DISORDERLY CONDUCT WILL NOT BE ALLOWED

PAYMENT PROCEDURES:

  • We accept cash, all major credit cards, and checks as a payment method.
  • Charges will reflect costs incurred while performing transportation services for reservations placed with Portland Limousine, by the customer and any individual requesting transportation and will reflect costs including but not limited to trip charges, parking, and gratuity.
